Tourism has been growing consistently in Lisbon. Therefore, it was crucial for Evian to reach these temporary consumers.
JMD created a special project within our Sales Field team with the objective of increasing penetration of the brand in Out-of-Home clients in Lisbon where the brand could reach tourists: Gifting stores, Convenience stores, Kiosks were the target.
JMD was quick and proactive to react to this consumer trend, allocating internal resources in the field team and reaching +100 new clients in the summer of 2018. Each year the project gets more and more consolidated, as most of these new clients buy again and the team is able to extend the presence to other clients and also other cities.
