L’OR, a brand from the JDE group, joined JMD in the end of 2017. The launch allowed the Portuguese consumer to, for the first time, find Nespresso ® aluminium compatible capsules in modern retail. It also allowed a huge growth dynamic to a big but stable category in Portugal.

In 2017, the brand launched 6 varieties of Coffee. Nowadays, fulfilling the objetive of diversifying the offer to the Portuguese consumer, L’OR has 25 skus in the market and it’s growth plan remains steady and strong, always at double digit.

In April 2020, 3 years after the launch, the brand became leader in Portugal with a market share in value of 24% of the category (Nielsen). The brand operates today with a 97% weighted distribution and continues to be a reason to feel proud at JMD.
